Purpose
The Elder Affairs Commission shall advise the town council on all matters of particular interest to older citizens, and shall serve as an information and advocacy resource for older citizens. The commission may sponsor informational and educational programs, may coordinate the Meals on Wheels program in Richmond, and may undertake public service projects.
